48岁艺人大S（徐熙媛）惊传新年期间赴日本旅游，却罹患流感併发肺炎病逝，令社会大众震惊不已。（中时资料照） 大S流感併发肺炎骤逝日本 医师曝两大疑点 @ChinaTimes 48岁艺人大S（徐熙媛）惊传新年期间赴日本旅游，却罹患流感併发肺炎病逝，胸腔科医师表示，2018年流感季，曾有40、50岁併发严重肺炎个案，两侧肺部变白，插管用呼吸器甚至叶克膜，2、3周才移除，近年较少类似个案，但不代表不会发生，有时候也是运气成分，如出现喘、嗜睡、意识不清、心跳及血压异常，就要赶快就医治疗。 大S的妹妹小S今天稍早证实，新年期间全家来日本旅游，“最亲爱善良的姊姊熙媛，因得了流感併发肺炎，不幸地离开了我们。” “流感会多严重，有时候也是运气成分。”台北市立联合医院阳明院区胸腔内科医师苏一峰指出，一般人罹患流感99％都不会变成重症，如果是免疫力正常没有慢性病的中年人，流感重症机会应该是1％，但如果刚好比较劳累、免疫力变差，就容易併发重症，其中最令人担心的就是肺炎。 苏一峰回顾2018年流感季，曾有40、50岁併发严重肺炎个案，两侧肺部变白，插管用呼吸器甚至叶克膜，2、3周才移除，但近几年较少遇到，重症个案多数是老人家。他提醒，虽然少但不代表不会发生，如果出现喘、嗜睡、意识不清、心跳血压变差等症状，不要以为是年轻人就没事，要赶快就医治疗。 大S有二尖瓣脱垂、癫痫病史，苏一峰认为，二尖瓣脱垂不算太严重的心脏疾病，对整体免疫力没有太大影响，而癫痫如规律服药控制，也不太会影响免疫力，因此这两者都不是流感重症的高风险因子。一般认为流感併发重症高危险群包括慢性心肺疾病、心脏衰竭、曾经心肌梗塞、洗肾、肝功能异常、肝硬化、糖尿病。
