Game Notes

Suns star Bradley Beal returns to Capital One Arena as a Wizards opponent for just the second time in his career. But whether or not he’ll be in street clothes remains to be seen.

Beal rolled his left ankle in the third quarter of the Suns’ Tuesday game against the Atlanta Hawks. The 3-time All-Star did return to the floor afterward, finishing with 11 points, four rebounds, and three assists in 28 minutes.

After ringing in the New Year with a victory, Washington is still looking to record its second win of 2025. The Wizards’ average margin of defeat during its current 7-game slide is at a stunning 20.1 points per game.
