Actor Kim Hi-ra resumes acting activities after controversy over school violence.

The agency Gram Entertainment announced on the 13th that “Kim Heera will appear in the movie ‘Rescue’ (director Shin Joon).”

It is the first comeback in two years since tvN’s “Awesome Rumor 2: Counter Punch” and the musical “Frida,” which ended in 2023.

“The Savior” is an occult film about a family’s struggle to escape a terrible curse given in return for a much-desired miracle. Director Shin Joon, who won the 21st Busan International Film Festival’s Daemyung Culture Wave Award for “Yongsoon,” took the megaphone.

Kim Hi-ra plays the role of Chun-seo at the center of a serious incident, intertwining with Sun-hee (Song Ji-hyo), who moved to the neighborhood after raising her son alone in the play.

Kim Hi-ra said through her agency, “I’m grateful to be able to participate in the ‘rescue’ I really wanted to do.” We did our best for a good performance, so please pay a lot of attention and look forward to it,” he said.

Kim Hi-ra showed her presence by playing Isara in the Netflix “The Glory” series, but she dropped out of the tvN drama “Jungnyeoni,” which was scheduled to appear, and temporarily suspended her activities due to suspicions of school violence. Since then, the controversy over school violence has been concluded by reaching a smooth agreement between the parties.
