The 2025 SAG Awards streamed live on Netflix on Sunday, bringing together Hollywood’s most celebrated film and television stars all in one ceremony. Oprah Daily’s very own creative director Adam Glassman was on the red carpet to get all of the style scoop, alongside senior correspondent and weekend co-host at Extra, Mona Kosar Abdi. The duo saw all of the best fashion moments of the evening in person—and luckily for us, they’re recapping the standout looks with us.

With so many gowns and tuxes to discuss, Adam and Mona broke it down into different style categories, including shoutouts for the best dressed and best jewelry, to name a few. Several celebrities stole the show, including Selena Gomez, the Only Murders In The Building star who won the best ensemble in a comedy award. Gomez wore a black Celine gown, which both Adam and Mona agreed hit the “old Hollywood glamour” note flawlessly. Jane Fonda, who received the Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award, shined in a whimsical Armani dress—”like a movie star through and through”, as they said. Anna Sawai, who won best actress for her role in Shōgun, had another unforgettable look in a red Armani Privé gown with Cartier jewelry—Adam and Mona instantly agreed that this was a highlight. Some honorable mentions include actress Sofia Carson in a pink Elie Saab gown and actor Colman Domingo in a stunning white Valentino suit (for a “modern take on old Hollywood”).
