Bill Belichick would have wished he stayed at home.
The legendary NFL coach was at the annual NFL Honors night for the traditional glamour event ahead of Super Bowl Sunday.

Belichick laughed along at the gags, while Hudson appeared to be taken aback before enjoying the evening
The ceremony is essentially the Oscars for the NFL and Coach of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and the Most Valuable Player are awarded.
Belichick, 72, arrived on the red carpet in New Orleans with his partner, Jordan Hudson, 24, and it was their relationship that would be the butt of jokes at the show due to the 48-year age gap.
The couple have been together since 2022 but news of their relationship went public in the summer of 2024 and they have been the subject of online scrutiny since.
It took just five minutes into the show for Snoop Dogg to offer his opinion on the relationship as he roasted the couple, with Ms Hudson initially shocked before laughing along with everyone else.
“I’ve been a football fan for a long, long time,” Snoop said.
“I mean, I remember back when the Cowboys were good. I remember back when the Chiefs were bad. And I remember, what was it, Bill Belichick‘s girlfriend wasn’t even born yet.”
The room burst into laughter.
Belichick took the joke pretty well, with the six-time Super Bowl winner previously attending the roast of Tom Brady, where he was the subject of multiple digs, so might be used to this by now.
Fans online were also able to enjoy the interaction as video of the exchange went viral on social media.
The NFL coach was also previously married to Debby Clarke from 1977 to 2006, and they share three children, all of whom are coaches themselves.

Amanda Belichick, the head lacrosse at Holy Cross Athletics, Stephen Belichick, the defensive coordinator for the University of Washington, and Brian Belichick, the safeties coach for the New England Patriots.
Belichick and Hudson are not often seen together as they keep a low profile but we might start seeing the couple more often.
The 72-year-old has taken up a role as the head coach of the University of North Carolina’s football programme and his first game is later in August where Ms Hudson might be cheering from the side.
