NEW YORK (PIX11) – Multiple Citi Bank users have reported issues logging into the mobile app on Wednesday, according to Down Detector.
About 85% of users reported issues with the app while 10% said they had issues with Citi’s website.
According to Down Detector’s Facebook page, users have been reporting issues with Citi services since 8:50 a.m. on Wednesday.
PIX11 reached out to representatives for Citi but did not hear back by the time of publishing.
