Here’s how to watch FireAid tonight

Though the vast majority of Los Angeles looks normal now, Angelenos’ spirits are still fixated on the fallout from the Palisades and Eaton Fires. Appreciation continues to pour in for firefighters as the blazes approach full containment and direct relief efforts are still in full force.

This week in particular, we’ve seen a surge in benefit events: concerts, comedy shows and markets all donating their proceeds to those impacted by the fires. None is bigger, though, than FireAid, a two-venue benefit concert that features a mix of L.A. legends and recent (and upcoming) Coachella headliners. Here’s everything you need to know about tonight’s show in Inglewood.

When is the L.A. FireAid concert?

Tonight, Thursday, January 30. The Kia Forum portion of the evening starts at 6pm, while the Intuit Dome sets start at 7:30pm.

FireAid concert lineup

The decades-spanning FireAid lineup includes Alanis Morissette, Anderson .Paak, Dave Matthews and John Mayer, Dawes, Graham Nash, Green Day, John Fogerty, Joni Mitchell, No Doubt, P!nk, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stephen Stills, Stevie Nicks and the Black Crowes at the Kia Forum (the 6pm show).

Then, Billie Eilish, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gracie Abrams, Jelly Roll, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Baby, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma, Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Sting and Tate McRae will play at Intuit Dome (the 7:30pm show).

Where can you watch the FireAid concert?

There’s a pretty good chance that you already have multiple apps on your phone or TV where you can watch. Broadcast and livestream channels include Apple Music, Apple TV, DIRECTV (including MyFree DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM and DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS), Disney+/Hulu, FanDuel, iHeartRadio, KTLA+, Max, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Netflix/Tudum.com, Paramount+/Pluto TV, Peacock/NBC News Now, Prime Video and the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch, SiriusXM’s “LIFE with John Mayer” channel, SoundCloud, TikTok, Veeps, X and YouTube.

If you want more of a communal experience, select AMC Theatre and Regal Cinema locations are hosting screenings. And inside your car, you can tune in through more than 860 iHeartRadio stations (plus via the iHeartRadio app).

Can I still buy tickets to go in person?

Yes. Ticket prices started at $99, but of course that pricing tier has already been scooped up. The cheapest seats we were able to find for the show at the Forum are $350 and climb as high as $1,500. For the Intuit Dome show, we spotted a handful of $750 seats, plus a bunch of $1,500 ones in front of the stage.

What organizations will the proceeds go to?

The Annenberg Foundation, the local organization that supports other nonprofit causes, will manage the donations and divide them between a to-be-named list of short-term relief efforts for the Palisades and Eaton Fires as well as some long-term initiatives. And don’t worry: There are no ticket fees, and the Clippers are covering the expenses of the event itself.
