He’s not done trolling.
Kendrick Lamar, 37, was the big winner at the Grammys 2025, having taken home five awards, including the song and record of the year for his viral Drake diss track, “Not Like Us.”
Accepting the trophies, Lamar, who scored seven total Grammy nods, stepped on stage in an outfit that may have been another slap in the face to Drake: a Canadian tuxedo look from Maison Margiela.
Fans believe the denim-on-denim outfit — which included a light-wash jacket and matching baggy jeans — may have been a subtle dig at the aforementioned Toronto native, whom he has been locked in a feud with for years.

”Not Kendrick pulling up in a Canadian Tuxedo 😭,” one user wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
Another joked, “Bro Kendrick Lamar wearing the Canadian Tuxedo and the crowd was yelling A-Minor dude Drake is cooked bro 😭😭😭.”
“Not Like Us swept the Grammys and Kendrick collected the awards wearing a Canadian tuxedo. This is poetic,” a third said.
The former collaborators have thrown jabs at each other via their music, with Lamar striking first in Big Sean’s 2013 song “Control.” While the two went back and forth with diss tracks, things have heated up recently, with Lamar accusing Drake of being a “pedophile” in 2024’s “Not Like Us.”
Meanwhile, the “Money Trees” artist’s coordinating Los Angeles denim hat was created by tailor and fashion designer Christina Marie Rivera, who has made custom looks for fellow celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Colman Domingo.
He added a gigantic diamond chain, finishing off with shiny black shoes.

In his acceptance speech for record of the year, the Compton-born singer, who is headlining the halftime show at the Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, dedicated the award to the city of Los Angeles, which experienced devastating wildfires last month.
“This is my neck of the woods that held me down since a young pup … since I was in the studio scrapping to write the best raps and all that you know in order to do records like these,” he said on stage.
“I can’t give enough thanks you know to these places I rolled around since high school. You know most importantly, the people and families out in the Palisades and Altadena. This is a true test that we are going to continue to restore this city.”
