Kardashian, 40, didn’t seem to take the comment too seriously in the moment and brushed it aside.

“OK, calm down,” she said with a laugh.

The Hulu personality then admitted in a confessional that she does not “have a lot of emotions” surrounding the meetup with her ex-husband.

“I have dealt with so much trauma in this relationship. For years, this was such the love of my life that to learn how to unlove someone, to have to go through all that, it’s almost like a death,” she explained.

“So, him calling me his ‘wife,’ words are empty. I don’t know this person anymore.”

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” alum’s relationship with the retired basketball star unraveled in December 2013 when she filed for divorce after nearly four years of marriage.

The proceedings were put on hold in October 2015 after Odom suffered a near-fatal drug overdose at a Las Vegas brothel and subsequently fell into a coma.

Kardashian remained by the athlete’s side and took care of him as he healed.

However, she filed for divorce a second time in May 2016. They finalized the case that December.

“At the start of our marriage I was faithful to her,” he wrote. “I could not handle the lethal cocktail of the spotlight, addiction, a diminishing career and infidelity. Oh, did I mention the paranoia, anxiety, depression. … I couldn’t keep my d–k in my pants or the coke out of my nose.”

The two-time NBA champion admitted he had sex with “more than 2,000 women,” adding, “There were too many strippers to count.”

“My sex addiction and my cocaine addiction go hand in hand,” he wrote.
