(NewsNation) — NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski have been named as members of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “entourage” accused in the sexual assault of a woman in 2018.
In an October lawsuit, Ashley Parham alleged she was drugged and gang-raped by Combs and members of his entourage at a private home in the Bay Area.
After the rape, she said she slashed Combs with a knife and was shot at before narrowly escaping with her life.
Parham said the attack was a form of payback after she told Combs she believed he was involved in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.
The members of Combs’ entourage were unnamed in the first filing, but Parham’s updated complaint names Beckham and Druski.
Both have denied the allegations.
In a statement posted to social media Monday, Druski said, “this allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”
He added that he is “fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to pedal false narratives.”
Beckham replied to the post saying, “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I , I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid.”
The lawsuit also implicates rapper Jaguar Wright.
Parham discussed the allegations with NewsNation.
After the assault, Parham claimed that Combs asked, “Why haven’t we ever partied like this before?”
“That’s when I got enraged. This is not a party,” Parham said. “You raped me, and he attempted to bribe me with some money, and I said no. You raped me. I’m not gonna stay silent on this.”
Parham said Combs then called his mother on Facetime, who yelled at her not to hurt her son.
“I yelled back, ‘He raped me.’ She told me to take the money and shut up.”
Combs’ attorneys denied the allegations telling NewsNation in a statement that the rapper was “nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there.”
“The Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation. In an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players,” they said.
“No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”
Combs faces a May 5 trial on federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.
U.S. prosecutors amended the federal indictment against Combs Thursday, also accusing him of “forced labor.”
Lawyers allege Combs forced his employees to work long hours and would threaten those who did not aid his alleged trafficking ring.
Combs faces a slew of sexual assault allegations, some of which allegedly date back decades.
Combs is being held in the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.
