Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James and Philadelphia Phillies slugger Bryce Harper were in attendance for Monday night’s College Football Playoff Championship Game between Ohio State and Notre Dame.
And both were supporting the Buckeyes:

Neither player attended college before their respective professional careers, let alone at Ohio State. But both have ties to the program—James grew up in Akron, Ohio and played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, while Harper’s wife Kayla played soccer at Ohio State.
So both had fairly obvious rooting interests on Monday night. Notre Dame will have to settle for Travis Scott.
