Ravens kicker accused of inappropriate sexual behavior by 6 massage therapists

One of the best kickers in NFL history has found himself at the center of controversy.

Ravens kicker Justin Tucker, a 7-time Pro Bowl player, is accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior at four Baltimore-area spas and wellness centers.

The Baltimore Banner reported the allegations against Tucker, one of the most accurate kickers in NFL history, on Thursday.

The Banner reported that six massage therapists accused Tucker of “exposing his genitals, brushing two of them with his exposed penis, and leaving what they believed to be ejaculate on the massage table after three of his treatments.”

The alleged encounters occurred between 2012 and 2016.

Tucker posted a lengthy statement on social media denying the allegations after the report was released.

The 35-year-old called the allegations “unequivocally false”, the report “desperate tabloid fodder” and accused the Banner of “journalistic failures at every turn.”

“I maintain I did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork treatment session,” he said. “I would never intend to offend or hurt anyone, ever. As a matter of principle, I respect when individuals come forward to report misconduct of any kind. I support a process that allows claims to be properly investigated.”

“But, for the sake of myself and my family, I cannot allow false claims to go unchallenged. I cannot be any clearer. These allegations are false and incredibly hurtful to both me and, more importantly, my family.”

Tucker’s attorneys described the allegations as “impossible to prove.”

None of the six accusers filed police reports or civil lawsuits, according to the Banner.

“We first became aware of the allegations from the reporter investigating this story as they were not previously shared with the NFL,” an NFL spokesman said in a statement. “We take any allegation seriously and will look into the matter.”

The Ravens said in a statement that they are aware of the report.

“We take any allegations of this nature seriously and will continue to monitor the situation,” the team said.

Tucker has made 89% of his kicks since entering the league in 2012. He made two field goals to help Baltimore beat the 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII.

Tucker also holds the NFL record for longest field goal at 66 yards, which he made as time expired against the Lions at Ford Field in 2021.
