Spotify sensation roars back in quarter-final thriller

It’s usually bad news if a player shakes their opponent’s hand in the middle of a match.

But that wasn’t the case in the opening game of the second set of the Australian Open quarter-final between Ben Shelton and Lorenzo Sonego.

Facing a break point, Sonego came to the net and looked to have hit a winner past Shelton deep into the corner, only for the American to chase it down and hit what looked as if it, too, would be a winner and seal the break.
