For the first time ever, the WWE is bringing the Royal Rumble to Indianapolis. Read on to find out the start time for the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble, how to watch it, and more details about the highly anticipated wrestling event taking place tonight.
The Royal Rumble will take place on Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium will feature both a Men’s and a Women’s Royal Rumble match. In these 30-superstar matches, two wrestlers will start in the ring, and a new competitor will enter every 90 seconds. A wrestler is eliminated when they are thrown over the top rope and both feet touch the floor. The last wrestler remaining in the ring earns a title shot at WrestleMania 41, which will take place on April 19 and 20 in Las Vegas.

In the Ladder Match, WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will defend his title against Kevin Owens. The 2025 WWE Royal Rumble will start at 6 p.m. ET on Saturday, Feb. 1, on Peacock.
Pre-show coverage begins Friday, Jan. 31 at 4 p.m. ET with the Royal Rumble 2025 Kickoff on Peacock. The Royal Rumble Countdown Show will go live at 4 p.m. on Saturday, leading into the main event.

The 2025 WWE Royal Rumble will air exclusively on Peacock. To watch the wrestling extravaganza, you need to sign up for the streaming service. Peacock susbcription plans range from $7.99 to $13.99 per month. Unfortunately, the site is not offering a free trial at this time.

The 2025 WWE Royal Rumble will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The previous three events were held at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida; the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas; and The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This will be the first time the WWE Royal Rumble is hosted in Indianapolis.
